DELIVERY:

The products sold by StrongLife are delivered using express courier services.
All products are new and shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

The delivery fee in Romania is 24.99 lei for areas covered by Fan Courier (without extra kilometers). For locations where Fan Courier charges additional kilometers, the shipping fee will be adjusted accordingly.

The delivery fee to Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Luxembourg ranges between 99.99 and 249.99 RON, depending on the courier selected.

RETURNS:

You have the right to return products purchased from S.C. STRONG DRINKS SRL, Address: Aiud, str. Ion Creanga, no. 45, Alba County, without providing reasons for the return. For example, you may return products if you consider they do not match the specifications on the website, the products are damaged, or you received the wrong products (not as ordered). There are situations in which returns are not possible (see the paragraph "Products that cannot be returned" below).

Return period:
Except as described in the "Products that cannot be returned" paragraph below, the return period is 14 days, starting from the day you or the person indicated by you receives the ordered products.

Exercising your right to return:
If you wish to return products, you must inform us within the above-mentioned period about your decision to return the products, using an unambiguous statement, for example, email. For this purpose, you can use the provided withdrawal form (Annex 1). You may also complete and send the standard withdrawal form electronically to office@strong-drinks.ro or any other unambiguous statement. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of your return request by email.

Please send the products or hand them over directly to the address:
Sacel, Str. Grigore Negrescu no. 21 (formerly Principala 23A), Sibiu County, Romania, accompanied by the corresponding receipt, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your return. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Consequences of return:
If you choose to return the products, we will refund any amount received from you no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to return the products.

If you send the products to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

In the case of a full return (including order refusal or delivery impossibility), the transport fee paid by the client will be refunded. In the case of a partial return, the transport cost will not be refunded as it covers the delivery of the products received and accepted by you.

For returns, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof that you have sent the products back, whichever comes first.

If you have indicated a bank account, the refund will be made to that account without any commission. If using the bank account is not possible, we will contact you to agree on a refund method.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products missing original accessories and components

• Products not sold by S.C. STRONG DRINKS S.R.L.

• Unsealed (opened) products
