Bee Pollen (Pastura) - 50g

Pastura, also known as "bee bread," is a pre-digested form of pollen, which makes it easier for the body to digest and assimilate. It is composed of lipids (1-6%), carbohydrates (35%), carotenoids (provitamin A - 200-875 mg/kg), vitamin E (1.7 g/kg), vitamin C (60-200 mg per 100g), enzymes, and amino acids. Pastura is rich in proteins, fats, carbohydrates, amino acids, B vitamins, vitamins D, E, C, K, provitamin A, 27 minerals, an antibiotic factor, growth factors, natural hormones, and enzymes.

Therapeutic Indications: Pastura is mainly recommended for children and people who suffer from digestive system diseases that prevent the proper digestion of regular pollen. It has a slightly sour taste due to the fermentation that occurs in the honeycombs. It is particularly effective when rapid results are required within a short period.

Therapeutic Uses of Pastura:

• Osteogenesis (bone growth): Due to the presence of cobalt, copper, and calcium, essential for the assimilation of vitamins A, B, C, E, and PP.

• Anemia: Prevents anemia in individuals on weight-loss diets.

• Liver disorders: Supports bile secretion and liver function.

Conditions Treated with Pastura:

• Acute and Chronic Hepatitis: 10–20g/day, in one or two doses, taken 30–45 minutes after meals.

• Severe Hepatitis (A, B, C, Cirrhosis): 30g/day in three doses, between meals, 1.5–2 hours after meals. This can be complemented with small daily doses of milk thistle tea (half a cup per day) or silymarin tablets (active ingredient from milk thistle) and 0.5–1g/day of propolis.

• Anemia: 10–15g/day for 90 days or 20–30g/day for 180 days. If combined with honey and royal jelly (2%) or propolis-enriched honey (3%), healing time is reduced by half.

• Digestive and Intestinal Disorders, Colitis, Gastric Ulcers: 10g/day for 30–40 days, combined with other beekeeping products and, if necessary, herbal teas.

• Nervous System Disorders: 15–40g of pollen or 5–20 pastura tablets. The effect is significantly enhanced when combined with propolis and royal jelly or Apilarnil.

• Calcification (e.g., ovarian cysts, fibromas, breast nodules): 20–30g of pollen or 10–15 pastura tablets.

Administration Methods: Internal Use:

• Take raw pastura or mix it with honey or other foods such as yogurt, cereals, or bread.

• Sublingually (under the tongue).

• For surgical or artificial administration, beekeeping products (like pollen and pastura) can be directly administered to the stomach or small intestine.

• Rectally (with suppositories) for prostate issues.

Limits of Application:

• Pastura cannot heal tissue, organs, or the entire body if they are too weakened to process nutrients (e.g., heart cells blocked by a heart attack).

• It cannot heal distant tissues if the active ingredients cannot reach those areas.
